The agreement between you and ZetaGenius Limited.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ZetaGenius Limited, operating the si-learn.com website and GeniusLearn platform (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms in full, including the limitation of liability in section A10 and the release in section A11, together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is not available to anyone under 18.
One account per person, with true details. You are responsible for your password, for any sign-in you connect to your account, and for every action taken from your account, including by anyone you allow to use it.
Tell us at once of any unauthorised use of your account.
GeniusLearn is a practice tool. It provides simulated conversations, written feedback and scores so you can rehearse speaking to people. The characters you speak to are software. They are not real people, they are not professionals of any kind, and nothing they say has been reviewed by one.
Whatever the Service, or any AI assistant or character within it, says or writes is general information for practice. It may be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. In particular:
For health consult your doctor. For legal, financial or employment matters consult your own adviser. Keep your own copies of anything that matters.
You undertake to keep your own copies of everything important you put into or take out of the Service, including transcripts, feedback, reports, CVs and any other document. The Service is not an archive or a backup system, and data may be lost, delayed, altered or become unavailable for any reason.
Certain features require credits or a subscription. Prices, free periods, invitation codes and allowances are stated in the Service, are displayed at checkout and may change with notice.
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your card details.
You must not:
We may remove content, suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, and report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable law. We may review, moderate, or remove content at our discretion.
You enter data on your own responsibility and authority. If what you enter concerns another person, you warrant that you are entitled to enter it.
All materials provided by ZetaGenius Limited are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to availability, accuracy, fitness for any purpose, timeliness or freedom from errors.
Conversations, voice and speech functions, video and avatar functions, notifications, messages, scores, feedback, exports, payments and links to or services of third parties may not work, may be delayed, may be interrupted or may fail. Those third parties include sign-in providers, payment processors, e-mail and messaging carriers, hosting and network providers, and third-party AI processing providers located outside your country.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any AI-generated output will be accurate, appropriate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZetaGenius Limited, its owners, directors, employees, partners and suppliers SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, for any reason and on any legal basis (contract, tort, negligence or otherwise), for any damage, loss, injury, harm to health, financial or moral harm, direct or indirect, arising from or connected with the use of, the inability to use, or the misuse of the Service, or with any delay, interruption, error, omission, wrong or undelivered message, wrong or inappropriate information, act or omission of a third party, or any other matter related to the Service.
Where applicable law does not allow a full exclusion, the total liability of ZetaGenius Limited is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify ZetaGenius Limited from claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have fully understood the above, that you use the Service at your own risk, and that you do not rely on it for any matter of life, health, safety, livelihood or property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly and irrevocably RELEASE ZetaGenius Limited, its owners, officers, employees and partners from every liability and claim arising from your use, misuse or inability to use the Service, or any other issue connected with it, for whatever reason.
If you set the Service up for another person, or allow another person to use your account, you warrant that you have their consent and that you have made these Terms known to them.
We process personal data to run the Service in accordance with data protection law and with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Conversations, messages and payments pass through networks, processors and providers that we do not control, including third-party AI processing providers located outside your country. You enter data, including data concerning third parties, on your own responsibility and authority.
These Terms are governed by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
What personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Accepting Part A is not your consent to the processing described here; where we rely on consent we ask for it separately and you can withdraw it.
ZetaGenius Limited operates the si-learn.com website and GeniusLearn platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Usage statistics are kept for 400 days and then deleted automatically. This covers a full year plus the same period the year before, which is what a year-on-year comparison needs.
With your consent, we may analyze your onboarding responses to personalize your experience.
We use anonymized interaction patterns and optional feedback to improve our AI scenarios and recommendations.
Your identifiable conversation content is not used for third-party model training without your additional consent.
If you publish feedback to Community Voices, only your selected display name and feedback text are shown.
Leaderboards show your chosen display name or username. We do not show your email address.
You can opt out of leaderboards at any time from My Account.
Voice input is processed locally in your browser. We do not store voice recordings on our servers.
We use essential cookies to make the website work, maintain your session, and protect platform security. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.
To understand what people actually use, we record the pages viewed and the buttons pressed, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), the operating system and browser by name, the approximate location, the time spent, and whether the visitor was signed in. We use this to decide what to build and what to fix, on the basis of our legitimate interests.
We record the name of the operating system and browser only — iPhone, Android, Windows, Chrome, Safari and so on. We do not keep version numbers or build a device fingerprint. The question is whether to build for iPhone or Android first, never which particular device is yours.
Approximate location means country and, where available, city. We work this out from your IP address as the request arrives and then discard the address: we do not store it against these records. The question we are answering is how many people came from a city, never which person.
These records are linked to a random identifier held in a cookie we set ourselves, not to anything derived from you. For signed-in visitors they are also linked to the account. They are not sold, and they are not shared for advertising.
If you have an account, these records also carry a second random identifier that belongs to your account. It is generated at random and is not your email address, your name or anything worked out from them. It exists so we can see one person’s path through the product without your identity being in the statistics at all.
We do not put the words you type into these statistics. What you say in a practice session is stored as part of the session itself, so you can reread it and so we can give you feedback — it is never copied into the usage records, which count what happened and not what was said.
The Service is for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we hold personal data from someone under 18, we will delete it.
